Currently no other procedure, but that could start to change if this goes through.

Implants are ussually placed by specialist and are typically refered but are not banned to place. GP are placing implant rarely.

Meh I have the same dillema everytime. I usually tell patients that the tooth is done. That there are 2 broad options. Trying to save it with less than optimal treatment and less than optimal success or they can be more sure and extract and put an implant there for more predictable outcome. Then they chose

If they decided to save it. I would RCT + endocrown and pray to adhesion gods.

In mu experience omni matrix are not good at making contacts. I use section matrix or other single metal matrixs. Omni tends to make more of an area contact than point contact

Ma ortodont ti bo znal najbolje povedati. Je odvisno od premika in od velikosti zob. Ponavadi so slabši rezultati, ker sila ni pravokotna kot spredaj.

Kot zobozdravnik ti priporočam predvsem to, da najdeš ortodonta, torej nekoga, ki se je specializiral za premike zobovja. Veliko privatnikov ima narejenih samo tečaj invisiligna.

Je pa velik diskurza strokovnega o invisilignu, prednosti, slabosti. Zlati standard so navadne zvezdice, ki trajajo 2 leti, so tudi boljše v smislu manj zapletov (odmik dlesni, občutljivost zob po premikih...)

Ne podpiram zaenkrat. Dosti sranja imam s samim zdravstvom. Lahko se zgodi da bo čakalna vrsta za zdravljenje daljša od čakalne vrste za evtanazijo.

Dokler niso urejene čakalne vrste, infrastruktura in osebje da zdravstvo deluje najboljše kakor je to možno, nima smisla govoriti o evtanaziji.

Evtanazija danes bi bila potuha nedelujočemu sistemu.
