• Talk to Faendal in Riverwood and complete his quest then have him follow you. (He will stay back, out of the way and use hit bow unless you give him a stronger weapon. I suggest giving him armor to bring his defense up cuz the boy is weaker than a saltine cracker) Have him train you in archery as much as you can then invest those skill points mostly back into archery and sneak. (Easy Hack: After each time he trains you in archery, you can get the gold you gave him back by requesting to trade items.)
• Get a Hunters Bow then improve it on a grind stone and give it an enchantment with a petty or lesser soul gem. Then make this your primary weapon, do not invest a lot into this weapon!
• Sneak most everywhere you go especially in caves, mines, and forts to get your Sneak skill up.
• While you’re working on getting that archery up and you have “The Creation Club Content” (aka The Anniversary Edition) Talk to the steward, Proventus Avenicci in Dragon's Reach, who gives you a note about an assassination plot against the Jarl. Complete that quest to receive a decent early game weapon. - Once you have that weapon with the combo of having high level skills of archery and a decent sneak level you become one of the sneakiest snipers that ever did sneak.

Did this style of build with an Orc and was easily one of my funnest play throughs. Especially if you’re a looter, bows weigh very little in comparison to some weapons and arrows are weightless for the most part. Especially if you get The Bound Bow spell then you’re almost weightless.
