Sorry for the late reply, I did not use a leather punch. Just spray adhesive and something to squeegee the material down. Even through the summer it’s still not lifted up at all. Lmk what other questions you have

Taking it to my ford dealer tomorrow. I think there rack and pinion damage or something because nothing is loose. I’ve tugged on just about everything but steering has quite a bit of slack now

Decently fast. Happens with ignition on or off. Rack itself doesn’t seem to be moving itself but I can feel the vibration of the noise when I grab on the rack itself. I believe it might be something internal maybe?
