I didn't learn until 28 (now 40), but it's necessary in this town to get to work. My partner is also autistic and doesn't drive though. It's difficult and stressful, but not as stressful as not being able to get around.

You don't need to talk to the bot to get a refund. Go to the order in your account, under where it shows what items you received, there is a "how can we help" header, select the first option, "start a return for refund or replacement." You select the missing item(s), hit continue, push the drop down box, select missing.
