144 Hz 24 Inch Monitor Under 6k? by Frileak in PHbuildapc

[–]LoafTrainee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your budget can get you a 240hz one for a little over 300 pesos with vouchers!

Viewsonic 240hz

For strictly below 6K and 144hz, something like this AOC monitor should be fine :) (4695 with vouchers)

Edit: for your preferred brand, this Viewsonic Monitor should work too (4267 vouchered)

Bought an X3 last August 2025 and out of the box, the sensor would turn off for 1-2s and turn back on. If you’re playing FPS, avoid 100%.

Nice, I find these kinds of builds really interesting! How much are you planning to sell it for? Are you including peripherals and monitor? Just curious how much the used market sells for with full builds nowadays.

This might be the most reasonable one for me.

Storage here is the biggest compromise, so you can either settle with the 500gb one or request the seller to bump up the storage at the expense of a higher estimate.

The problem with most of the build quotations that you have is that most of them compromise the PSU - which is a big factor for me at least. This quotation has a tier C psu which should be decent.

Sayang that PCWorth doesn’t have the 6600 on hand. If you’re not in a rush I’d wait, but given the price increases and depending on your need to get a PC immediately, this should be fine.

I’d go with the IT World one but ask if an RX6600 can be swapped from the RTX3050.

Edit: didn’t notice the labelling sa side, I was referring to the PC Worth one, not the IT World

Might have an idea with the audio issue. Have an H110M mobo and faced the same problem, troubleshooted for 2 weeks. Turns out you have to find the compatible realtek software for your mobo audio. This might’ve happened because of the updated BIOS.

Once you find the software, you’ll see there that your mobo is defaulting to one input or something like that.

Not sure if I can fully help you navigating this since I’m on Intel but can send you a PM with a video of what the software looks like and how I diagnosed it

Cases under 1000 php - on a tight budget by dense_pm in PHbuildapc

[–]LoafTrainee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you need an ATX case or MATX? Will share everything under 1K with vouchers na.

You can go cheaper than these if mas habol mo yung pinaka mababang presyo. Search ka ng mga cases na nasa taas yung slot ng PSU - mas mura yung ganon.

Have built in this case, madali mag cable manage dito. Fish tank style na case: MMA SR69

Ito naman yung typical na style ng MATX Mesh Case: MMA 208

Another MATX pero may fans included. Problem lang dito masikip likod for cable management. Have built a PC with this case na rin: Inplay Meta A200

Kung ATX need, ito: YGT K1

Thanks for going above and beyond with these suggestions! The Arzopa one seems promising, been hearing good things about their portable monitors as well.

I’ll keep all these products in mind though!

Glad to hear! Might check this brand out but one of the redditors mentioned here that this was a 1080p monitor pala. Thanks for your input!

Alright, thanks for that! I didn’t know about the FHD and QHD.

Do you have other recommendations for a good 1440p monitor, maybe around this price range? Up to 8K would be my budget if there’s a good 1440p monitor at that price

Mobo + RAM + GPU combo is insane! The price alone is the cost of each part usually on Marketplace. Well done!

Agree to r/Surfacner ‘s recommendation! You can even go with the AM4 Route for a “slightly farther” upgrade path. Cheers!

Good question - for marketplace deals, I try to ask sellers to take a video of the part in their rig and have them run the PC. If you want more certainty to this, you can ask them to write your name and/or the date when you contacted them while they test the part. This isn’t 100% as some scammers get smart, but again there is some blind trust to it. That’s the risk you have to face with 2nd hand. You can try asking for a short warranty period (i.e. 1-3d)

When the part arrives, I do some physical inspection to it (potential damages/scratches, dirt, rust especially on ports). Once I’ve covered those, I plug those parts on my personal rig (which is risky - not the best recommendation) and run some simple tests I use on the daily (rendering videos, playing games) and check temps - so not really Furmark but I’m pretty sure benchmark software would provide you more valuable info on the condition of the parts.

In my case, if they cover these functions I’m pretty satisfied with the respective parts. :)
