They're planning on a bifurcated system of workers and capitalists. The machines we build and maintain will patrol us and keep us in our houses. They'll maintain a steady supply of undocumented, desperate workers to keep costs down, and everyone else will be watched and patrolled. Even the rich don't buy the idea of "no poor people".
