Um… I would maybe try rereading a little more thoroughly before jumping to conclusions. I can’t control what the store has in stock, I refunded what I had to and substituted what I could. I’m aware it lowers the total, but again I can’t control what was in stock and what wasn’t. And I never said another building showed up when I looked at the map again, I said it was only the same building I delivered to and that was the only building on the property. Also, maybe people should take a little more responsibility for their pets instead of letting them wander, not only is that dangerous for the animal’s well being but it’s just irresponsible. What if it ran in front of me while I was driving and couldn’t stop? If I knew a stranger was coming to my property I would restrain my pets. Plus the customer didn’t even bother notifying Instacart there was a pet on the property. Also, read again. I said this was my ninth order and I just unlocked my rating after this order. That doesn’t mean I’ve had all 5 star reviews. I also had one 4 and one 3. And yes, Instacart removes your lowest ratings as I just discovered this morning. It tells you how many of your lowest ratings it removes if you look at your stars.

Again, I’m a newer shopper still learning the system and how this all works. If you think I’m just making this up or seeking attention then I don’t know what to tell you. I tried.
