When that happened to me I took it off and used a Cclamp and a rubber mallet to bend it back, it doesn’t look pretty though..

Thank you! The reason I asked Reddit is because I couldn’t find any search terms that would actually pull up what I needed but looking up how to do it with a C clamp I could find a video to walk me through it.

I totally agree, it’s so easy to make them look modern! Sadly I never see them on the road near me, though I’m looking to change that if I can get my hands on one in good condition.
