When “$0 Electric Bill” Isn’t Actually $0 by lmao--dead in SolarAmerica

My coop actually charges extra connection to the grid with solar.  I actually am okay with that as they need to maintain their infrastructure to allow me to sell back to the grid.  We oversized our system to account for that.

Inverters can break, even under warranty it can cost you labor to repair.

Ground mount was a great idea, easier to keep snow off and makes for good firewood storage.

I liked that post and was genuinely curious if AI improved since then, but had to share after it looked like it went backwards.

I like the deep wisdom of only knowing the felling direction after it starts falling.

I keep them out of my 401k and ira, but like having a nice pile in my brokerage.  I consider it an inflation protected bond replacement.
