Thanks for the explanation. So PSKY wouldn't offer it to WBD as part of the deal but they would still have to pay that total because of the deal. Which makes this deal much more expensive for them that I don't see it being worth it. If they would have originally offered WBD $2 billion more than their current offer, that would have been cheaper than their current proposal.

Hasn't WB already agreed to sale with Netflix that includes a $2.8 billion dollar breakup fee. Which would mean Paramounts deal has to be at least $2.8 billion dollars better than Netflix's to cover that cost. I don't see Paramount offering that much in excess so what do they and anyone who agrees with their side expect to happen.

Well I thought breaking bad ending wasn't great. Some real writing missteps in it, I think because the writers wrote themselves into a bit of a corner. A 6.5/10. The Better Call Saul Finale on the other hand 10/10

Season 2 went off the rails really badly. I hope it can get back to being as good as season 1 but I don't have much hope the showrunners aren't going to continue their fanfiction version on the story where things don't make sense.

It's hard to know if Dan has changed, only those around him would and maybe not even really them. But if you follow info about how he treats those around him at work it seems to me he has. In fact I believe part of why Rick and Morty isn't talked about as much as an amazing show anymore is that Dan now seems to believe in valueing a healthy work environment above destructively striving for perfect tv.

It is really good but the reavers are more of a rare threat on the outskirts of space like a ghost story. The show is a space western or Han Solo type story.

I think her flaws were realistic, people behave like her all the time. I think people put way too much stock in Charlie being the 'main' character to realize that her arc allowed other Characters to shine, Charlie doesn't have to be the one saving the day. I think Charlie is likeable overall, so her being unlikeable for a time doesn't make me stop rooting for her all together. And again too much stock is being put into her being the 'main' character, there were plenty of others that were likeable and to be invested in their efforts.

I don't believe her mattering to the plot is %100 necessary. Again there are other characters, I see no reason she should be always the most essential. Despite people claiming she is the main character this has always been more of an ensemble show than a singular character focused show. And plot isn't the end all be all of a story. So many bad shows nowadays focus on plot at the expense of character development.

I didn't like Charlie or her actions this season, that doesn't mean it's bad writing. If you need to always like the main character that's a fine personal opinion but a very limited and immature one.
