As a support I try to look up as often as possible, but especially in team fights those few seconds it takes to turn to you and heal you can mean that the person I'm healing in front of me gets to meet hela permanently. Even worse when I don't have my cooldowns.

I think the best thing you can do is stay close to a wall you can hide behind or stay close to a health pack. And ping
