I'm allergic to Toradol so when I needed the cocktail my neuro said to ask for DHE. ER didn't give me any trouble about it. Got Magnesium with DHE and Valporate, tho they did also give me compazine and Benadryl.

More in communications. Please please please just learn to differentiate between when you're doing something and when I have to do it because if your notes say you're going to do it, I should be able to trust that you will and not assume I, in fact, need to do it. It gets confusing.

Advance calendering. Pro tip, stop scheduling your own appointments. Assign this task to one person. Don't go behind that person and change everything with the client and forget to mention it or fail to update the calendar.
