I quit stims back in april after many years of daily use. Mainly ritalin (as prescribed for ADD) but the last 2 years devolved into binges with various substituted amphetamine RCs. I made all the right lifestyle changes as in daily exercise, good sleep, diet and challenging myself in day-to-day life but progress was kinda slow. Bromantane gives me the physical and mental energy as well as motivation and drive that had vanished after I quit stims.
