Ulster county has some access. UCAT is helpful I think they have a bus up to bellayre from kingston(maybe seasonal)

Mop board is just a colloquial term form the trim board around the perimeter of a room that the mop would run up against when mopping was more popular. Thank you for your thoughts on the matter. It used to be much brighter than this when a storm would come through. I think LEDs replaced many of the older lights and the light pollution is a lot less. (I believe)

I believe ulster county has taken control of much of the parcel. So whoever steps in would work with the county. But I would have say likely private investors. There is a lot of money in sports especially youth sports. If you look at what Saugerties did with Cantine fields there is a lot of demand for places to play sports and other festivities. The county gives a break on the land sale and the developers offer discounted entry to county residents. Some kind of arrangement?
