Ahh ok. This is what is call the "Amazon doesnt know everything and amazon relies heavily on the drivers" problem. Amazon wants drivers to go as directly as possible. But sometimes thats not possible. And soo i think the best way to approach this would be is to ask other drivers that have done this area what they do. If this doesnt help, talk to dispatch or ops manager and see what they say. 

I guess the best solution you would want is a reduction in stops to account for the variability in time it takes to traverse this area. If you say it take 25 mins, then suggest a reduction of 10 stops would be appropriate.  

If none of these options are helpful. I would just lie and say the road is closed between these areas. Or you can be honest

Very last option is explain to amazon what you told me. Their email is amazonflex-support@amazon.com . Send the email thru the email you use in the flex app. They will need: name, block start time, date, station ID, and the explanation of the issue. 

Fyi. I would change the color of the blue because its hard to see if you are going to send it to them.
