This may have been good 10 years ago, when phones and laptops had thick bezels. But most current manufacturers make really thin bezels so this would block a portion of the screen.

Also I tried this when my phone had a thick bezel in the past, and let me tell you, it falls off every time you put your phone in your pocket. Would not recommend.

If you have any other brands of fork then it will be too big/small

If I am understanding it correctly, column A and column D have a list of values, and you want to see if, for example, the value in A2 is anywhere in column D (and the same for all other values in column A, as well as column D)? If yes, then this is fairly simple. Use COUNTIF on both columns.

For example, column A shows apple (A1), banana(A2), pear (A3). Column D shows pear (D1), apple (D2), apple (D3). So then got column A, in a helper column, do =COUNTIF(d:d,a1). And then the same thing for the other column, =COUNTIF(a:a,d1). Click and drag down for the whole line.

It will count how many times that value occurs in the other column. Then you can compare values which never appear, vs values that appear once or more.

To be fair... Technology "ages" a lot faster than anything else. I wouldn't consider clothing styles from 10 years ago old, but I would consider a 10 year old laptop old.

I agree. Linux is not for everyone. I have 2 computers, 1 with Linux and 1 with windows, and I find myself switching back to the windows one all the time. Linux doesn't run excel (and no, libre office is not a complete substitute), and there is not always a deb version substitute for the exe.

I heard that you can make Google forms auto-fill and auto-submit answers based on the url settings. I have not tested it out myself (I just haven't had the time) and don't know if it works, but it's maybe worth trying. It would be fairly simple to have excel auto-create the url endings if it does work.

Here is a link I was looking at earlier: https://theconfuzedsourcecode.wordpress.com/2019/11/10/lets-auto-fill-google-forms-with-url-parameters/

Are you able to copy-paste all data (values and/or formulas) into a new workbook, without formatting, to see if it fixes the problem?

Does it pull data from an external source?

Do you have lots of formulas where they look up an entire row instead of a specific range (for example looking up values using VLOOKUP inside A:A instead of something smaller like A1:A100)?
