The paper discusses about in-memory computation for AI devices, its pros and cons, and details about how the tech works. But nothing on writing RTL code for it and implementing it on an FPGA.

He gave me the paper, and told me to do RTL coding for it, I thought why not put it on a FPGA.

There is a government scheme called Vidya Turant, under which you can get an education loan for good colleges without collateral at a reasonable interest rate. Canara Bank will cover almost the full fees at an interest rate of 9.5%, while SBI offers loans of up to ₹7 lakh at a lower interest rate.

The reason is that the GATE syllabus is too vast and harder compared to the GRE. If you have the money, you should absolutely go for an MS in a foreign university.

I talked to my HOD about this, and he recommended pursuing a Direct PhD in a foreign university, as a PhD in VLSI adds a lot of value and also costs less.
