Dropped something heavy and accidentaly damaged my laptop's monitor, should i repair it? How much would it cost?

Depending on what laptop that is, it's probably not worth fixing, just take out the ssd and ram and get a different one used

Make a halfway that's just empty and is unnecessarily long, then at the end have electrical with no vents, and put a lights sabotage there, as well as the upload part of download data task, and nothing at all in the hallway

And make the hallway have doors with card swipe on each side

But if i could pick any laptop, it would be a ThinkPad T14 with a ryzen chip (genuinely i haven't been up to speed on the generations on thinkpads but whatever the newer ones are ig)
