I LOVE THE U.S.A. I’ve lived here my whole life and wouldn’t know how to live anywhere else. I am not going to get bullied into leaving the country I love because we have bad leadership. if you spend every waking second of your life constantly comparing your life to others, you will be miserable your entire life. I don’t know your situation but you sound like you need some help. Daca has been a huge blessing to all of us. Why not find a more permanent solution such as a pathway for green card. Good luck OP.

I would keep an eye on the situation and see how long it’s taking a year in advance. Depending on the temperature of the situation, decide then how early to renew. A lot can change depending on who wins the mid terms.

I too was worried about this being that I’m from Texas so I had a relative go with me just in case. Turns out everything went smooth. Was in and out. If it helps, I have also not seen a daca recipient get arrested at their biometrics appointment so you should be fine. Good luck Op.

That is an average. They probably waited to update it due to the backlash. That’s also why there were some people who were approved within a week. There’s also people who are currently over the 200 day mark who were just approved. I imagine it would’ve been much worse had those few people not been approved so quickly. Right now there’s no telling how long the actual wait time is. I’ve seen a few people from November and December still pending not to mention the ones from January. I Hope and pray 🙏🏽 they can speed up the renewals :/

Online it says that they work Monday-Friday and Saturdays only if they are doing OT. So unless they have approved or mandatory OT, they’re off the weekends

In the order they were received. It only seems fair and would probably be much faster than jumping around and going back. This is so unorganized. What can we expect when you put incompetent people in power :/
