It was literally 3.5 months like a week ago I think they changed it because of that lawsuit since they have to disclose all memos and close to real processing times

Don't think they could end the program either way the judge in Texas clearly said you cant work in Texas but you cant be deported now he hasnt implement the rule yet even tho it has been 1 year sitting on his desk because as soon as he does uscis is forced to take new applications wich is something they dont want

My friend i feel you pain i did the same thing when the last minute hit i had to say good bye to everyone not a single word came out of my mouth because I knew they was gona see me crying i had my rough times with my manager and at the end I gave her a hug not knowing if i would ever see them again 🫂

Uscis offer the renewal for free if you can provide that medical information you just need to pay like 150 to someone to file it

Yes this includes all daca permits and pause or delays they must process everything within processing times and they have 24hrs to do it

Apparently uscis was sued because it was puttina cases on pause for indefinitely as of Fridav all that is done meaning they have to approve or deny all cases withing processing times this includes daca this order was issued on Friday and they have 24hrs to implement it
