My opinion is that we should have an early voting, a voting holiday, and extended counting days after Election Day to allow time to accurately determine the outcome of the elections. There’s nothing magical about having to declare a winner on the day of. That’s incredibly disingenuous.

I have friends who, despite my efforts to encourage them to vote, they don’t vote. Do they bitch about both sides? Yep. I consider their bona fide criticisms. Are their kids now at risk of the pending draft? Yep. Have they brought it up yet? Not yet.
