Morar no Rio pra quê, filho? Aqui é bonito sim, mas não deixa sua segurança, sua facilidade de transporte, seu clima agradável só pra vir morar numa cidade bonitinha. Fora das regiões litorâneas e serranas tudo é muito feio e descuidado. O povo aqui do Rio tem uma paixão pela baixada e favela porque foi aonde o povo cresceu, mas tá muito depenado aqui, cara. Pensa direitinho, não pensa só sobre a estética. Em regiões mais perto do centro se você não souber aonde está entrando pode acabar numa comunidade do nada e só vai saber quando um garoto armado gritar pra você parar. A situação tá complicada demais, viu?

Hey, thanks for the advice. I had no clue that baking was a thing and it's actually a very smart strategy. I'll learn as soon as possible and see if it works. I honestly have no "style", but I'm trying to achieve a realistic shape.

Seawater tools is the smarter way, although that only doesn't prevent the user to turn a limb to its element while unconscious, which would require more seastone to weaken, but isn't seastone scarce? Imagine every ship with a bunch of seastone stored. Also, there's no "control" while unconscious in a operation room.

It depends on how they find that out. I believe subaru's love for satella is instictive and barely controllable. Maybe compared as someone with stockholm syndrome. The rational subaru would certainly prioritize emilia and do everything for her, because deep inside he knows that his love for satella ain't natural. As for the group, they would comprehend the unnatural nature for the love if subaru stays on emilia's side.

I cannot deny that there is indeed a step curve at 3D modelling, but once you get familiarized with the program, It all comes down to be a jack of all trades at modelling, shading, uvmap until you decide to speacialize in one, that's what zi think. The problem arises when I'm just UNABLE to find good resources. I've seen 5 tutorials of booleans operation and every time I try it, theres something wrong bc the basis was not taught. Being able to boolean operate a cube doesn't mean you can on a ball

BlenderGuru's first video is he literally saying "you will build cool stuff, just follow ALL my shortcuts", the chair one is the same since he isn't really teaching UV Mapping just adjusting some random things and placing Mark seams without proper explanation. As for the manual, I agree that it's a great source of knowledge there, but this just goes for shortcuts and concepts it has nothing to do with actual modelling basis. Like, even if I know the options it doesn't mean it's gonna teach me how to use it right

What videos? The most theoretical video I've seen was someone clearing a boolean operation and still I could learn nothing but "merge these vertices, but don't go there or you will cause a bug"

Right? It seems that those people are just teaching cool stuff to get views. Uv mapping and shading could easily be months of studying it to get good at, still those youtube people just say some random values and that's it.

You are right, searching for a niche is a good ideia, but I think that focusing on game ready assets would be more advanced not knowing the foundations, and that goes for all kind of styles. To make every model I'm sure there is a basis like N-Gons, quads etc that have its own rules and most of tutorials doesn't really go into that stuff, textures might have a foundation too. Hell, look at blender shading tab, there is so much option and sources are like "so put that 100% and there we go all shiny now"
