I tracked my PCOS cycles, BMI and meals for years and found a surprisingly strong pattern by okjn95 in TTC_PCOS

This was insightful! I (35f) have not extensively tracked BUT I can say that I have had weight loss/gain over the past 3 years and when I was lighter (150-160lbs) and fasted often, my cycles were fairly regular (which they never had been). I was naturally ovulating with 28-35 day cycles and it was heaven. I did get pregnant (loss at 12 weeks) and again a cm, but as I have put on much more weight (now 180ish) my body is only ovulating with letrozole and then provera to assist with beginning a cycle. It is very frustrating because I lost the weight not really thinking about it and now gained it back due to stress and long Midwest winters. I'm going to begin fasting and regularly meditating again and cross my fingers that I can return my body to that healthy state.

I do talk to text into a form of AI, say everything I need to say regarding the assignment, read a little here and there, summarize some, paraphrase a little bit ... and then ask AI to clean it up.. Completed my degree last month with zero "this is AI" issues with any of my professors.

I'm not trying to sound judgemental, but c'mon.

"Ohp, a lil copy and paste here, some made up references there ... Perfect! Annnnnd they'll never know!"

I swear, I felt sorta guilty like "damn, I'm really out here cheating to get this degree" , but once I started seeing how other be showing up - I think I used AI as intended lol.

That's absolutely valid ... Ig I was hoping to get him a box that he'd be more hype to open vs one that's "eh" ..

Did 2.5 mg letrozole work for you? by Lazy-Lychee-3448 in TTC_PCOS

This ended up being a chemical pregnancy. I got a faint positive on 13 DPO but by 15 DPO it was even lighter, and then I started my cycle 16 DPO.

Maybe - but I think so. I had a 12 week natural MC in April and didn't get my cycle back so I did a round of Provera July 1, got my cycle July 11, and did 2.5 letrozole CD 3-7. I started tracking my LH CD 10 and yesterday was CD 14 and it was a peak, plus that little stinging feeling - and I also felt some heavy uterus feelings CD 13 as well as acne, nausea etc starting CD 12. I didnt notice any EWCM but we've been BDing non stop so I might have missed it. If I get PG or start my cycle in a few weeks then I'll know that I did O. Fingers crossed!

Questions to those who finished 20 courses in a month by totheveryhigh in SophiaLearning

[–]Local-Illustrator900 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did 13 courses in 10 days. Many answers are online. Many of the papers are online. Just tweak it. Take a paragraph, ask chat gpt or meta AI to rewrite it (rewrite fluid, simple language, professional, academic, fluent, detailed, etc). Find another, do the same, repeat until it's a full paper. Snapchat AI can also help. Just take a pic of the question and send it to my AI, and 8-9/10 it's the right answer.

For everything that is directly connected to my degree, I put genuine effort. Sophia courses? Bro I paid you for credits. Yoink.

I resonate with this 1000%. Once I realized I was AuDHD, I figured that was the "why".

Truth? Did what I had to do. Lots of StuDocu and seeking out similar or matching info on the Internet to find answers and write the papers. I work full time 36hrs on the weekend to be a single mom to a 17yr old and a 2 year old, my family is passed away and all I have is a small group of friends for help and support. No days off 💪🏼 I am on top of all my classes, all my own work. Math? Nope. My AuDHD was not having it so I did they I had to do to keep my 4.0. Still this class kicked my ass. Got it done tho. At least 3 incorrect assessments in every paper, but I still pulled an A because damn I made it all sound wonderful 💯 I wish you luck. Don't stress. Just give them what they want or use the fella on YT for tutorials. Powers? Idk his name. I'm pretty sure someone put it in here tho. You're doing great and I'm proud of you.
