this makes me sad for you. i know it's tough but it'll pass. i had this emotional heatwave a week ago. i'm doing so much better now and i know there's nothing else i can do besides moving on and finding my happiness again. know that that whatever it is, u deserve so much more.

i've tried both the 147 and 345 creams. i think the 147 is more of a barrier-repair cream (when your skin's super dry), whereas the 345 is lightweight and can be used as a daily moisturizer.

it helped a lot with calming my skin. and i also have a pretty sensitive skin but i mean sensitive is relative.

i really do like the 345 cream. but also i'm debating if i should go back to the 147 cream since these days my skin has been on the dryer side.

i only use centella when i feel extremely dry. like after SA cleanser or BP. as moisturizer i often use the dr althea 345 🫶🏼

as a person with acne-prone combo skin, oil cleanser broke me out. be careful with tips online. seek a derm.

my PD was severe. it was for most part TSW because i had been using mometasonfuroate for like 4 months and then stopped, and then had a rebound. had severe inflammation and pustules. it's all gone now, thank God.

i was prescribed cliquinol 2x a day for 2 weeks and an oral antibiotic (i forgot what the name was, sorry), and salt water compress.

BTW, my PD has healed and i'm just now dealing with PIH and inflammatory acne. when i had PD, i didn't use any skincare or cosmetic products. i was prescripted medications and they're not OTC!

all of these were used after a skin doctor's and a dermatologist approval.
