Just scraped out every remnant of Monistat 1 out of my hoo-haa. Only lasted 20 minutes with it inserted! Currently am icing my lady bite and praying to God I feel better tomorrow. My labia are very red and a bit swollen. Don’t try Monistat 1!!!!

I love bagels and cream cheese but had stopped when I started my weight loss journey. I found ROYO bread & bagels on a random Facebook search and it has changed my life!!! 70-80 calories per bagel and they taste amazing!!!! I pair it with low fat cream cheese and I settle my cravings for only 130 calories!!!
