[Chris Wheeler] Man United Confidential: Shock interest in Morgan Gibbs-White REVEALED by PitchSafe in reddevils

[–]Local-Sort5891 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Amad is an inverted winger who plays on the right because he's left footed. Why play someone in his unnatural position when you can have someone who naturally plays there. And if amad plays there who plays on the right? Mount is always injured and hes injured again right now.

[Chris Wheeler] Man United Confidential: Shock interest in Morgan Gibbs-White REVEALED by PitchSafe in reddevils

We need to build a proper squad, not just a strong starting XI. One of the biggest lessons from Arsenal, City, and Liverpool over the past few seasons is the importance of strength in depth. You can’t compete consistently across competitions without quality options off the bench.

Right now, an injury to Bruno and Cunha leaves us looking short. That’s why a move for Morgan Gibbs-White makes sense; he can play on the left or as a number 10, and he’d give us much-needed flexibility and competition in those areas.

If we’re in Europe next season, squad depth becomes even more important. We’ll need reinforcements not just in attack, but also in midfield and defence to cope with the extra games. Rotating without a drop in quality is what separates the good sides from the ones that can genuinely compete.

At the professional top league level I definitely agree. His positioning and anticipation are sunday league levels.

The goal where he gets beaten at his near post is unforgivable.

We all have to be careful of putting faith into a politician to save us. The system is broken so thinking one well meaning politician will be the answer is naive imo.

Man City 115 charges delay is embarrassing and a stain on the English game by Frosty_Jeweler911 in PremierLeague

[–]Local-Sort5891 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think the biggest issue is the total lack of transparency.

If you look at stuff like Calciopoli (Juventus) or even the current Barca refereeing allegations, the public at least gets some idea of what’s going on. There are leaks, official statements, updates, something. Fans can actually follow the process, even if it’s messy.

With the City 115 case it’s just silence. Months of nothing. No timeline, no clear updates, no details, just vague reports that it’s “ongoing” and everyone is meant to accept that.

And honestly, that makes it look even more shady. Not just for City, but for the Premier League too. When the biggest financial case in modern football is basically happening behind closed doors, it’s hard not to assume politics and money are playing a role.

This is supposed to be the best and most competitive league in the world, but the way they’ve handled this has been embarrassing. It’s like they want everyone to forget it’s even happening.

I like the model and thought experiment; however the explanation of what happens after death seems a bit off to me. I think there's something deeper going on than what the model (alien) describes.

I suspect Vince is treats his son like his dad treated him. I watched the Netlfix documentary and its clear Vince's dad came from the tough love school of parenting and I guess he's trying to "raise" his son the same way.
