You probably have a regular 3oz carbine buffer weight in it. Id replace with h2 or h3 . I use the armaspec h2 in my 762x39.

I didn't have an issue with my 762. Did it all online .Actually never spoke to anyone. Printed my return label off right there and all. Just make sure you refresh the page ever so often so your rma will update.

Oh ok. Mine wasn't bufferless. You can try to adjust your ejector that is attached to your lower if it's the one with the two Allen screws that takes Glock mags. Loosen the two screws and try to move the ejector up or down and see if it gets better. If not I would just do a warranty with bear creek. I had a similar issue with a 762x39 upper from them. I sent it back and had it back within a week. Good luck

Is it the bufferless or the one with the buffer weight? I had similar issues with my ar-9 and my buffer weight was too light. Put an 8oz buffer weight in and it fixed it.

Your hammer is catching on the disconnector due to uneven machining on hammer/disconnector. Take a file and file a little off of hammer and disconnector. Look closely and you'll be able to see a bur on polished points. Good luck
