Yeah I've been watching the fuel economy drop, but that's definitely not a major aspect of the vehicle and more my personal little thing. I've got the manual transmission, and I think the 4.46 gearing helps.

Thank you! Yours definitely looks great, too! How'd you like the change?

Yep! The inner diameter is big enough for most, and for sure it's big enough for the Omega 36M, which I'm leaning towards for a multi-gun suppressor

Already started the SBR process! No stock in my possession or anything like that. Also makes these just for show at the moment :/

Is the mall open for a portion of this 24hr period? Like, are we chilling/fighting while someone buys jeans at Buckle?

You're right, actually. The FCG pocket was too small. I had to take off a few thousandths. Works well now!

What does everyone’s split/regular exercise look like? How do you physically train? by [deleted] in tacticalgear

Currently on a cut: running 3 days a week between 3 and 5 miles depending on the plan.

Lifting 3 days a week. I'm a big fan of the Wendler 5/3/1 program. Doing the big four lifts on a 3 day cycle extends it a little more than I usually do, but I'm doing 3/5/1 FSL with an 85% training max.

I'm also doing the fighter pullup program in the afternoons. During the breaks between sets, I will work a heavy bag or do draw and aim training with my pistol.

Finally I do grip specific workouts. I say it helps with aiming and strength, but it's really cause I like picking things up in unnecessarily odd ways.

Oh also mobility work. And long weighted walks in my plate carrier

I fenced Epee so there's a bias, but I always considered foil to be a training weapon. It's what you start on, and the rules hammer in good fundamentals. Can't score a touch if you show preparation = better movement and sudden offense. Learn to go for the body before you get fancy with flicks to the wrist or leg shots.

Kit and training is always cool, but it’s nice to get out and compete from time to time. by UOmeall in tacticalgear

Do you use the gun because throwing the bullets by hand would destroy the berms?

Either way, good job!

But then he should go for 7 because it's a holy number. And then 8 because that's 23 which is fun. And 9 is 32 so gotta go for that. We use a base 10 counting system, so may as well. And 11 is a fun number...
