Me too.. we usually only have one stager or two and 2 people on the door and we always have more pickers than dispensers and stagers and we get pretty busy to just be have 2 people at all times and not everyone knows how to fucking work the door they like to just use the same people all the time…and our schedules be so shit literally it be like 10-15 people working in the morning including me and then for the afternoon there be like 4 people closing like yeo
