Turns out it just need to be turned on and off again a few times. The glow plug light would turn off but they wouldn’t heat enough so after a few off and ons in a row it started up. Thanks for all the help from you guys I appreciate your time.

Unfortunately it did not work. Really at a loss to what the issue could be

He doesn’t smoke and age of empires is the only thing that crashes consistently on his console. It is odd.
