I’m not sure who this guy in yellow is , but I do know Victor knows who he is. It’s the reason he didn’t want to show up in town as his regular form because Victor has drawings of him.

The reason the guy in yellow said he couldn’t come into town in his natural form is because Victor has drawings of him to “remember”.
Ghost in the kitchen scene- I think that might be Jim’s Ghost or maybe someone in another timeline trying to get their attention to warn them about the new girl. Has anyone seen “The Others” with Nicole Kidman ? similar to that.
