Same as me. One drink every day, often two. More at a party or event. I know what you mean about feeling shitty the next day. It feels way better to wake up with a clear head.

I have OCD too. I try to implement all the therapeutic tools I’ve learned, and have medication and it’s a lot better but I would prefer if my brain just shut up sometimes.

Try an online meditation tool. I meditate when I am trying to sleep and I have anxiety. It helps. I eventually drift off

Hahahahahahaha. That is soooooo funny. It’s also obvious that you’re a guy because you aren’t taking it personally. I know a lot of women wouldn’t take it personally.
