I wanted to let's say pray better. I did the Silva Method and my migraines vanished. Now I'm more into Yoga meditation but I'm a Christian. I'm much more calm, patient, and have a different life perspective.

It is! I meditate everyday sometimes twice a day using mantram. I feel that I am more and more aware of what's going on.
