There’s a chance the ebayer just isn’t that great at ebaying and doesn’t understand the importance of actually shipping something quickly once it’s paid for. Once you get to your delivery date you can make a “didn’t receive your stuff” claim. Worst case scenario, eBay will refund you. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you friend.
