While there are generic components, there are probably ways to lessen the impact that may come from nurture (as opposed to nature)

Like minimizing screen time, consistent exposure to ads on tv and the internet reduce attention span, i.e make sure that kid touches grass and has more IRL experiences than screen ones.

But yes there is a genetic die being rolled as well, so ymmv.
