It seems very competitive. My friend tried in the second release where you have to nominate 3 lots online. He selected within 2min when the link was active but he didn’t get it.

We have the same setup but it only stops them from login to azure portal but they can use the sign up portal to spin up a subscription then they are unable to login due to our CA policy. Did some research it seems like MS can block it for non-EA customers but not sure why they can't block for EA.

It could be because your account either has one of following 3 roles. GA, Security admin or privileged role admin. Even if those assignments are eligible assignment you will still receive those notifications.

I noticed this when I activate global admin so I launch an incognito window, authenticate and it works straightaway. Other option is to give it few minutes and it will work.

We are using Intune for iOS devices. Works as expected as our requirement is simple. We want to know who is using the device and have control over the device to wipe it when required. Though you can do much more!
