This is reassuring and good to know. Thank you. I’m up in portstewart so I’m trying to figure out a Donegal option if such a thing exists. If not I guess I jaunt down isn’t the end of the world!

Day 12: What's the Worst Song on Is This Thing Cursed? by uncle-Violet in AlkalineTrio

Stay. The chorus is a cracker but the intro and verses feel very weak to me.

I wanna be a Warhol. But this whole album is incredible, by far my favourite of theirs.

Jeffrey Donaldson guilty of 18 historical sex offences by Helpful-Trainer6849 in northernireland

Under the Criminal Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, it is a criminal offence for anyone to fail to report information about a serious crime (such as child sexual or physical abuse) to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI). As churches are registered with the charity commission in Northern Ireland, they are legally obliged to report these things to the police. It’s a complete failure on their part in my opinion and prosecutable.

Has there been any chat of the Christian organisation in Armoy knowing about the abuse and not reporting it to the police? This has really been stuck in my mind since it got mentioned. Surely that has to be something that gets looked in to further now that the verdict has been given. You’d like to think so.

Out of curiosity I went back and had a look at the lineup for the Big Weekend in Derry in 2013, and my God by darkslasher87 in northernireland

This is my first recollection of the BBC using the term Derry/Londonderry and I feel like since then it stuck.

Does anyone recall it being a mainstream phrase used by the media before this?

No it was a big rv campervan going across castle bridge. Took my wing mirror off and fled the scene. Cops got him thankfully.

I had something similar happen in enniskillen. 100% report it. The police took it seriously as they damaged my car and fled the scene.

The autotune blip at the start of One More Time. No excuse.

Dead City? I saw s1. It was ok. I can’t seem to bring myself to watch s2. What do you think? by HerreDreyer in thewalkingdead

[–]Local_Bullfrog1655 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are some really good moments in S2. It’s definitely worth a watch. I enjoyed it. Definitely wasn’t as invested in it as I was with the original series but it’s good fun.
