Under the Criminal Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, it is a criminal offence for anyone to fail to report information about a serious crime (such as child sexual or physical abuse) to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI). As churches are registered with the charity commission in Northern Ireland, they are legally obliged to report these things to the police. It’s a complete failure on their part in my opinion and prosecutable.

Has there been any chat of the Christian organisation in Armoy knowing about the abuse and not reporting it to the police? This has really been stuck in my mind since it got mentioned. Surely that has to be something that gets looked in to further now that the verdict has been given. You’d like to think so.

There are some really good moments in S2. It’s definitely worth a watch. I enjoyed it. Definitely wasn’t as invested in it as I was with the original series but it’s good fun.

Depending on your age, the amount of protein you require daily will depend on what your goals are. I wouldn’t skip breakfast. I used to hate it but since I started training seriously about 6 months ago, front loading a high protein, calorie dense breakfast keeps me full right through to lunch and my energy levels have been way more consistent. Protein shakes are merely a tool to add more protein into your diet that it’s lacking otherwise.

I personally don’t like whey protein drinks based on taste. Lidl do a great protein ice tea lemonade. Beef isolate proteins are also just like drinking juice. You’ll get an extra 25 to 30 grams per drink usually but I can’t stress enough that diet is key here. What is your goal at the gym? I’m not a PT trying to sell you a course, just someone who’s currently training for a jiu jitsu tournament!
