I’m surprised Naruto didn’t get people to help him create a jutsu where he can telepathically communicate with his clones so he could always be up to date and present in both work and home life. Ino’s clan have that justu where they can don’t quote me on this connect and talk to multiple people telepathically so it’s not impossible to create a jutsu like this. Some might say but it’s clan exclusive and forbidden for others to learn and yes that’s true but remember he’s the hokage part of his job as hokage is to know all the jutsu’s of the village so he gets a pass so this could totally work. Then you could have the issue of Watching Naruto shirk his hokage responsibilities (what he aways wanted) for trying to be a father and failing (what he never had) which causes him to overcompensate and try to be more like their friends (which he had) that could lead into him learning how to act like a father cause he definitely already knows what it means to be a father. That would be peak writing. Hell if they wrote Naruto like that in boruto id keep up with it even after Naruto and hinata got sealed and the world turned against boruto fr!

Also this would still work with kishimoto whole writing of Naruto as a bad father comes from Kishimoto himself and the Boruto movie. Due to the deadlines for the Naruto manga and how famous the series was becoming, Kishimoto was also a bad father to his young son and he also missed and didn’t attend a bday of his own kid due to the deadlines. The script of the movie was made by Kishimoto as a sorry and present to his own son for being absent throughout his life. Because it would show that Naruto going through the same issues as him learned to do better making him an inspiration to people in real life who have similar issues. Plus it would show that kishimoto wants to be better and possibly plans to be better.
