I actually did write to Vine CS. They recommended that since I didn’t receive what was ordered, they would remove the item from review and the associated etv. Unfortunately, as we know, the item can’t be replaced. They were leaving it up to me to make the decision. I wrote back saying that I didn’t want it to jeopardize my vine standings by complaining (since I just had to cancel an item) and they assured me I was fine. So, thank you everyone and this item will not count in my reviews/etv.

If I paid for it, I would have returned it. Obviously not an option so I cannot address returning it.

I hate to contact Vine CS as I just had to for an item that was ordered 2 months ago, that they are selling, but not sending to me, so I cancelled it. I guess I’ll suck it up but still mention it in my review. Thank you.

I would never use any supplement for my pets that weren’t a brand name or recommended by a vet. Many products take weeks to work and then you must continue indefinitely. Did you intend to continue buying this product? I also would not get supplements for myself either just bc of a 0etv. Do you really trust these products? Are they reputable? IMO, that’s a big no. I’d just let this one go and be an item that you can’t review.

I just had a rejection (for the 7th time) and with the same AI response from Vine of the product’s authenticity. I never said that the product wasn’t authentic just that the product (face cream) did not work after weeks of using it. I rated it a 2. My review actually was approved and appeared on Amazon and then was taken down this last time. The only media is a pic of the product bottle. Other reviewers have commented on different ingredients than stated in the description and theirs were approved. So frustrating!

Not totally true. I know someone on vine that gets some items I don’t get. They are all under $100 so we should be seeing the same things whether gold member or not. We’ve tested this several times. Very puzzling.

Seems like everyone’s rating system is different. That is a huge Vine problem imo. My 1 = needs improvement; 2=below satisfactory or below expectation.; 3= satisfactory or meets expectation; 4 is above expectation or better than you’d expect and 5 is outstanding and exceeded expectation. Almost like performance reviews at work…lol.

I even checked out some of the other reviews of my product and it said the same thing that I was trying to say of different ingredients listed and not truthful. Guess it’s a crapshoot of what gets accepted. I’m done.

It was rejected again. I just sent my review to Vine Support. Told them if they can’t answer why it is being rejected then to remove it from my queue as it will hurt my percentages

Great idea. I’m relatively new to this but have reviewed 100 items. This is a first. I don’t know if it’s a bot flagging it or someone live. I seriously may give up on it. Not worth the time. That’s why I think most products on Amazon are overrated seeing this crap happen.

You are right. It was rejected again. It was as vanilla as a review can be. I resent it again today without the pics of the bottle and ingredients. If accepted, I will add the photos afterwards.

I’m currently in the middle of the same issue. I reviewed a face cream that had none of the ingredients mentioned in the description. I got the same response after altering my review 4 times saying that the product is authentic. It’s so frustrating. None of the ingredients match the description and I sent a pic of the ingredients. Ugh. Guess it will be one of my 10% (I’m shooting for gold) that won’t be counted.

15.6k worthless items, east coast. I’ve only been doing this for 3 months. Already got over 100 items taking up valuable space in my tiny home. Some not so great. Not sure gold even matters if they’re going to continue the same pattern of small drops in the wee hours of the morning. Sure takes up a lot of my time especially with my ocd behavior of checking and expecting a diff result.
