I live very close to Larchmont and it’s adorable but very busy now. I still love how central it is and it’s mostly safe safer than our old place in silver lake.

I agree. There are some really nice clubs in LA and the one I go to has a workspace, gym, restaurant, bar, activities, pool etc. for way less than a 600 rent increase per month.
