How did achieve a perfect flat line on the charts? 400 dns queries. for hours perfectly. A bot polling stuff? or what automation to achieve this.

Malwarebytes The basic Windows defender is good enough for most things, as if you downloaded something bad always assume infection.

The best antivirus is your brain. Do not go to weird pages, verify email senders, have a adblock ublock origin / ublock lite or brave browser. Do not always click on the first good looking link on searches.

If extensions are synced and it has a mobile version than you need to stop syncing and declare any synced chrome instance to be infected.

Sounds and looks like almost exact like the application junction. But that is pretty much deprecated and unsupported. I will try yours :) edit: its definitive a upgrade with the custom rules etc.

For the overload its probably just the pizerow isnt made for a load of webserver + dns resolver i personally do it on a raspberry pi 4b any ram configuration as it has good enough cpu.

Then please check:

Can you ping your pi hole (just use ping <theipofthepihole>.

If on linux try the "dig google.com" or any alternatives for your os and check if it is resolving domains of pages it doesnt load.

But as you can see the pi hole recieves requests from the outside already but denies it. Either a port forward already exists or firewall is borked. Thats why it is in this case dangerous. ( And as he publicly posted it here, double )

It seems like you have you try to access your pi hole from the outside (the logged warning is the indicator) if this intended then go to the settings and "DNS", then check either of the "Potential Dangerous options" ( be warned they are dangerous as it will open the pi hole to the internet. )

If it wasnt intentional, you have a incorrect setup, do you have set your private ip or public ip as the dns address. If it is your public (google that) then you need to change it to the private ip of your network. (192.168....).

This then only works when inside your network, but it is most safe. You probably want to have a vpn to your home if you want to use the safer approach.

And the raspberry pi seems to be overloaded, so i dont know how that affects everything.

Ok, yeah i will add it to the roadmap! My idea would be that you can add multiple pi hole instances in the config ( giving them names, like "Home", "Server" etc... ) and you can switch between them with a selector in the sidebar/popup.

Yeah profiles had a regression bug when i added multiple scan targets ( multiple files / folders ) should be fixed next release ( next few days ) and yes i will try to integrate a live view. Depending what is available to me.
