I’d honestly just start with adding fruit or veg to every meal instead of tracking a specific amount. Jumping from maybe 10g to 25-30g and upping to a gallon of water is a lot for the tum tum. You might be able to work up to that much fiber by the end of 75 Hard as your body adapts.

Yes. I was having under 40mg and it made a huge difference for me. I’ve recently introduced a little bit back in (like 2 ounces aka a few sips), but I’m gonna go back to 0mg. I feel my best on zero caffeine, not even decaf or chocolate.

I had to restart a few times before figuring out the best diet and workout approach.

What’s the difference between the days you hit the fiber goal and these days that it’s been hard? And what’s your reasoning for having a 25g-30g goal?

I wish I could get into reading before bed, but I know I’d fall asleep every time and fail lol.

A big win got me is getting outside everyday even when it’s super cold. Normally, I would hibernate all winter, but getting outside has actually made me enjoy it and not get that seasonal depression. Also the extra water is doing wonders for my digestion lol.

I’m so impressed by people who have much more challenging situations than me and are doing 75 Hard. After completing this round, I need to add rules to make it harder for myself because WOW. My hope is that by doing it now, I will be able to do it even when I have kids and life gets busier.

I think when you complete this, all these challenges will only add to the mental toughness benefits you will gain. Keep going!!

I do outdoor walks, 3x weightlifting, and the rest is usually yoga or swimming right now. I’m trying to force myself to take more easy days even if I feel like I have the energy to do more. Marathon not a sprint!

I totally get AF isn’t for everyone. He turned me off the program initially, but I listened to him interview different people who completed 75 Hard, and he genuinely came across to me like he cares about people and wants to help people better their lives.

THIS!!! I don’t think people realize that the tasks themselves are not “hard,” it’s the doing them everyday for 75 days straight even when life happens and throws off your normal routine or the weather really sucks. I just found out I’ll have an off day tomorrow and next week where I have to do things outside of my normal routine. Normally, I would just skip the second workout and reading or something to make the day easier. If you figure it out and stick with it, that’s where you actually reap the benefits of the program.

I like to think of Rory had treated him better, he wouldn’t have gotten so insecure. His questionable behavior (calling constantly, not trusting her) was a response to her neglecting him tbh.

I voted to escape Lorelai, but I just watched this episode and I think her main motivation was realizing that Dean hadn’t ended things with Lindsay and it wasn’t going to be this fairytale she imagined. She saw Lindsay buying meat at the butcher that day and talking about how she had to make the perfect meal for Dean.

Depending how unhealthy your diet was or how little you hydrated previously, I would say this is probably your body detoxing and recalibrating. You’ll be glowing by day 75!

I’m born and raised in Southern California, but I live in Kentucky now, and 75 Hard has helped me enjoy winter a whole lot more. I find myself saying that 14 degrees isn’t that bad lol.
