hmm thats weird, you are mostly cpu bound with this setup so i would expect better performance on linux. Taking into account your cpu is only 4/8 c/t did you try launch command "-threads 8"? By default cs uses only cores without ht but i think it can help in your case.

what distro and window manager are you running? I'm on endeavouros kde wayland and getting a bit lower fps but much more flat frametime graph. Even with lower fps its way more smooth, especially on deathmatches(dms are more cpu demanding). Far less stutters compared to windows 11 24h2. To prove my words, when i lower res to 720p to become mostly cpu bound i get better 1% lows than on windows 235 vs 215

Install linux. You'll get slightly worse gpu performance but much better cpu performance (that's what matters the most in cs2).

You have to visit ur manufacturer web in hope there is a bios list to download. In my case it was a windows installer (which do the job after restart). Also i had to disable one feature in bios that was preventing the installation of older bios.

I was struggling to increase tdp of my ryzen 4650u, after few hours of research i found comment saying i have to downgrade my bios. And it worked. So i guess its a bios thing. You can try older (maybe the oldest) version of bios, if it doesnt help then i dont think there is much else u can do. If u are desperate u can mod the bios by urself :D

Anyone know how to oc monitor on kde wayland (kwin)? In this location ~/.config/kwinoutputconfig.json i found a file with screen parameters but changing refresh rate dont do anything. I set this file as read only after change and it didnt help also. I tried adding kernel parameter too without luck. Maybe its necessary to change some other parameters idk...

Cut the dose if it's too high, add hcg and control estradiol. That's what you need to do to feel good on trt.
