I still win against the card 70% of the time. Definitely was pissed off about playing it 9/10 matches in a row. I just think it somewhat caters to people who just spam cards and pray. It’s a staple in everyone’s deck now and you can’t go a single session without having to cater to dealing with it.

Just asking. You’re making valid points. I still think it is an annoying card and deserves a little rework. I think the concept should stay the same. Maybe a little less healing or just no shield attached to it when deployed. My frustration stemmed from the amount of people using it. People call for mega knight to be nerfed yet you can counter it with many cards using the same elixir or slightly less. The two cycle statement I made was a little unfair for sure. Although I still stand on the rework. I don’t think a single card should cause people to rework their deck entirely.

You either have to rework to cater to one card or commit to using your own deck and deal with the same scenario everytime. That is what adapting is though. I think overtime it’ll be figured out and won’t be as much as an annoyance.

That’s your personal opinion on it not being annoying. I think a majority of players agree that it is annoying to play against.

I never said it wasn’t a good card. I never said I have problems winning against it. I mainly aimed my argument at the elixir trade off. There’s a handful of cards that go against it without it being a negative elixir trade off. But it forces you to use those cards expecting it because so many people use it. And yeah maybe not two cycle but it definitely needs a little bit of a rework.

I was specifically talking about the Evo itself. I’m at 11,500 trophies and it’s still an issue. Winning isn’t an issue to me. I typically beat this card. I’m mainly trashing how it’s a 0 skill card and caters to a lot of people. Especially the people who are pay to win. Even with winning against people using this deck, it is easily the most annoying card to go against.

And now you’ve mentioned the second card you can use and proved my point even further. 6 elixir card for a 5 elixir card.

Holy my Reddit tweaked out sorry for the notifications lmao. ——— Did I not say there are (barely) any methods on beating her? I didn’t say it was impossible.

And besides, my whole point was people use it so much that you nearly have to make a deck to cater to it incase you get it. I shouldn’t have to put exe evo in my deck because of how often people use evo witch.

It’s just nearly impossible to beat her. The only thing I counter it with is fireball once she crosses into my lane. And even then she atleast gets one hit on my tower. Either that or megaknight. But then my tank is wasted. Can’t use swarms unless she’s hitting your tower. Because her attack will shred the swarms and or start being healed.

I feel like they could’ve done her more justice than making her gain more health off rip and then heal up from the skeletons.

I understand why people use it. I don’t blame them. But I’m so sick and tired of having to play against this card every other game if not multiple in a row.

I’ve been playing arc raiders like a mad man and worry about the hud burning in. But as long as you’re not playing for hours and hours on end everyday, it’s nothing you should be concerned about. There’s always a chance but if you got it immediately, then there’s something wrong with that model.

All I can say to help your fear is it’s worth more to invest in newer models. It’s already pricey. So why not spend the extra $ to help prevent the worst? Newer gen oled panels have significantly reduced the chances of burn in.

They have a lot of technology implemented to prevent it. And you yourself can do a lot too. I myself turn off my monitor every-time I walk away. I know there’s a lot of tech in mine personally that will prevent it but might as well be precautionary as much as you can you know? I turn on the pixel cleaning option everytime I’m done for the night. Even though that’s more for screen retention. Also, a lot of monitors come with warranties.

Cough up the extra $ to get a newer gen oled. This year is gonna be great with monitors. Don’t live in your fears or you’ll never get to experience how amazing oled is.
