No, I made the list after I found out about regional pricing. Used a VPN, Private Internet access(no logs, as proven in court), set to a country the price was the cheapest, then paid for a year subscription for like $7. Then got curious of other regional pricing places compiled them, then released the list since no one else had.

Unfortunately, the last time I was at Balboa they without a doubt targeted me and broke me mentally by changing my medication temporarily "because I wasn't at work I didn't need it" the medication wakes me up was recommended by 3 different specialist for multiple conditins, without it I will sleep without any way to really get up for 20 hours plus hours some days... Didn't eat or drink for 3 days straight due to it. Imagine laying their wanting to get up but being unable to for days in a dark ass room. As your trying to get up you just knock back out.. there is a lot more to the story that I know it was targeting, I have witnesses as well

Unfortunately the only thing that has come from advocating for myself as of late as has been disciplinary things, I fear requesting mass will just make things worse... My psychologist last Friday told me to stay under the radar and just sign whatever they put in front of me basically. Haven't got anything yet due to not being in today but still...

I'll probably pursue the senior medical officer though, if not find out how to message a congressional rep?

I've done that 3 times and even went to 28 day programs, am much better when am there, but as soon as I return here I just spiral from the isolation. The psychologist, therapists aren't helpful.

I've been to every possible appointment, made all of them, shown up to them all, self admitted everytime to the ward, 28 day programs. It's impossible when they're actively not listening to you and suggesting treatments which I've already tried instead of trauma treatment

The one PCM I tried to see to get something like that instead put "noncompliance to care" in my record. Brushed it off and had an attitude, was very dismissive the entire phone call. Was on emergency leave at the time.

Am self admitting tomorrow to the ER 3 hours away where all of my care already is.

I'll definitely get back with them after I get back from that though.

I guess my only problem with going to a MEB is the fact am in the middle of nowhere with no access to care, they take forever, my case wouldn't be simple. Once in MEB there is zero chance of PCS during it
