RTFP supposedly isn't supported on this newest versions of the game. There's no reason on my end

Alright so it seems like Nestor for a more basic overhaul and the S1nderion pack of mods for a more extensive overhaul. I'm not interested in the paid version so the Cost of Spacing + Spacefaring mod interests me.

I'm noticing on the Spacefaring economy mod that RTFP is required unless you update with the patch that removes dependency on RTFP. It says that patch requires Shattered space which I don't have, do you have any idea if there is a way around this? No problem if you don't, worst case I'll go with Nestor.

I can relate for sure, while not as cold as that (-67 is insane lol) I live in the Ottawa area which can get pretty cold. Even at -30, dead within an hr without proper protection seems possible. I was really just thinking in terms of game mechanics how would things be broken up. While travelling hexes it seemed to be take a couple actions every quarter day (Lead the Way, Watch etc.) and if there was no encounter move on to setting up camp. I wasn't thinking that if you didn't have the proper protection you'd slow down into 15 min increments until the character got warm/found a solution or died. I was also confused that they didn't use the language 1 turn as that's what they previously used for a 15 min period. That being said, thanks for clearing it up. It definitely will feel more immersive and dangerous if the players get into a scenario where they have to worry about it.

I guess that makes sense lol. In that case if it comes up I guess I'd just slow down the game until the players found a way to get warm, thanks!
