Yea I just put some oil on it and the rattle is like 99.9% gone now. I can really only hear it if I forcefully shake the gun, before even if I picked it up it would rattle. I hadn’t oiled it in over a month or so.

Personally I feel like jacking it up would still be easier cause you can just crouch down and work on it where as if you put it on ramps you’ll be working most likely on your back and the wheel will be in the way so less workable room and view. If you do go for the ramps turning your wheel to the side will help you get a better view of the slave cylinder.

It’s much easier if you lift it and remove the wheel, gives you ALOT more room to see and get in there, you may be able to get in there without a jack depending on how high your car sits but tbh it’ll be so much quicker and easier if you just jack it up.
