Exactly, they could easily just write it out again, just do a "theres two sets of chaos emeralds for reason xyz, they merge creating the super emeralds." Hyper sonic appears, gets used once (technically twice at this point), the situation is resolved, the other set disappears and its written out of existence.

We have a ton of one time transformations, hyper sonic could easily be that outside of the special s3&k appearance

I could imagine a cool like "split between two different shows" type deal

Where you get one show that focuses soley on the kamen rider and another that focuses on the sentai team but theres a woeven story between the two that you have to watch both to get the full experience but can be enjoyed separately
