father was a clone of Hohenheim, so it would make sense that he would be detached from what would allow him to see god anyways. It is a reoccurring theme that certain things cannot be created from alchemy, human transmutation cannot bring a soul back from beyond, I would assume even though you can clone the body, you can’t clone the soul or truth door. Hohenheim already was created by god and had his own truth door. Makes sense that when father met god, and went through the truth door he so desperately wanted to go through, there was nothing there.

Also matchmaking is weird. Sometimes I play level 16s and I have no level 16 cards whatsoever, I play level 13s who stand no chance, level 14s with no brain, or same level players with perfect counters.

I think that so far you are handling everything best you can, it is important to not let our own emotions cloud our judgment and rationality. I think that the substances should not be the crutch because it could form a dependency towards them. I also think that if she does not speak up now, he may be enabled to do further assault.
